How can I pay for my event? We accept cash, postal orders, cheques, Paypal and Nochex. For corporate events we will invoice you and there are the standard 30 days to pay. Please click here to pay by Nochex.
Do you have a CRB check? JEM Body Art has an enhanced CRB check. This is available to view if you require.
Do I need to provide anything? No. JEM Body Art supplies all the equipment needed.
Are you prepared to travel? I will travel free within a 20 mile radius of Clayton-le-Moors, However, outside of this a charge 40p per mile may be charged.
Is your electrical equipment PAT tested? All electrical equipment ie compressor for the airbrush and extension cable are PAT tested yearly. Details are available to view if you require.
Are face paints and body paints EU compliant? Yes, all face paints used and body paints used are EU/FDA compliant.
Can you provide cover? Yes, however we may charge £15.00 for supply of a gazebo. Any gazebos used are always secured safely.

How easy is face paint to remove? Face paints can be removed easily with soap and water. It is not recommended to use baby wipes to remove face paints as these are designed for use on bottoms! We would recommend that face paint is removed at bed time unless you wish to wake up with dirty sheets! Please be aware that one or two colours may stain and these are usually greens and blues. However, they will fade very quickly and are nothing to worry about. If you have got the paint on your clothes wash on the appropriate setting as face paints are water based. However, in the event of a paint being difficult to remove a proprietry stain remover such as Vanish should help.
How old do you have to be for face painting? JEM Body Art does not face paint anyone under the age of 2. However, there is no upper age limit.

Airbrush Tattoos
How easy are airbrush tattoos to remove? Airbrush tattoos can be removed using either surgical spirit or isoproply alcohol.
How old do you have to be for airbrush tattoos? JEM Body Art does not airbrush tattoo anyone under the age of 3. However, there is no upper age limit.
How long does it last? How long is a piece of string? It varies from person to person depending on your lifestyle ie, how often you wash, how much you sweat and your skin type, whether you swim a lot. Most people tattoos will last up to 4 days sometimes longer.
Does it hurt? No, there are no needles involved. Body paint is sprayed on by airbrush using compressed air or carbon dioxide.
What ingredients do the paints JEM Body Art use for airbrush tattoos have in them? A data sheet is available on request giving the ingerdients for the body paints for temporary tattoos.
